Midwifery Today and Domashniy Rebenok (Home Child) are teaming up to present a midwifery conference in Russia. The time is right to give strength to birthing women throughout the world by giving information and ideas to their midwives and doulas. Our goal is to build a network to bring further insight and knowledge to Russian midwives and parents. We also wish to bring their ideas and techniques to the rest of the world, for "Each One Teach One" has always been one of Midwifery Today’s goals.

love, jan

Attendees must make their own arrangements for childcare. Mothers may sit with babes in arms in the classrooms. However, out of respect for others, if a baby makes any noise, we must ask mother and baby to leave the room.

"I've been extremely inspired and I'll be going back to work with renewed energy. Every midwife should do this at least, at least, once a year. Thank you for all the inspiring energy!! I feel very privileged to have attended this conference."
